Marion Bridge by Daniel MacIvor
While final renovations were being completed at the Curtain Club's theatre, a special presentation of the play "Marion Bridge" by Daniel MacIvor, was held at the Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts. The Centre was filled with theatre goers who came out to see this moving, but often funny play about three sisters who get together in their Cape Breton home to take care of their mother. It captured moments of getting past prior grievances, making the most out of life, and most of all, getting together as a family. If you are looking for some terrific entertainment, come out to see some great local theatre at the Curtain Club's upcoming shows.
