Olytmpic Hockey Comes To Richmond Hill
Last month, Richmond Hill got to see first hand some of the incredible talent that was going to be heading to Vancouver for the 2010 Olympics.
With just a few weeks before the opening ceremonies of the Olympics the Chinese women's ice hockey team came to town for their final exhibition game. They faced the Toronto Aeros of the Provincial Women's Hockey League in a close match that showed the speed and skill on both sides.
In the end it was the Aeros who came out victorious with a 4-1 win over the popular Chinese team. The crowd was also winners as they got to see first hand what it takes to be Olympians.
Congratulations to both teams for a great game at the Elgin Barrow Arena.
